Fund turnaround
Miguel led the turnaround of a listed forestry fund that had suffered significant value erosion. Taking operational control on the ground, he restructured local teams, divested underperforming assets, and redesigned forest management across the portfolio, ultimately restoring substantial value to the fund.
Business growth
Jason has built the portfolio of a UK-based forestry investor into one of the largest global TIMO’s with over £3bn AUM. He worked closely with investors to design strategies which embedded environmental aspects into the overall offering, whilst offering attractive financial returns.
Outstanding returns
Luis since 2008 has led the management and value creation of over 20,000 ha of diversified agroforestry assets across four SPVs (Special Purpose Vehicles), achieving average returns of 9%.
